Gartner report highlights value of services delivered by XMLdation / Nomos Software
December 1st, 2014
Nomos Software is partnered with Finnish company XMLdation to deliver SaaS services to the transaction banking community. XMLdation builds and manages online 24/7 support services on behalf of banks, while Nomos Software provides technology optimised for working with XML, JSON and ISO 20022 financial interfaces. In 2014, the services are being used by 15 banks across Europe to improve customer implementation experience.
Gartner argues for open collaboration and frictionless integration
In their report on transaction banking, Gartner argues that banks need to embrace an open collaborative approach for bank interfaces. The reasons: to reduce bank costs, to improve customer implementation experience, and to identify new value-added services. To do this they need to use a collaborative ecosystem and that’s where XMLdation fits in.
What Gartner says about XMLdation services
Where’s the value
XMLdation allow banks to define new interfaces in an open and collaborative way, they provide validation and simulation services that customers use through the onboarding process, and they manage an open wiki that provides a wealth of information on the banking interfaces. That all improves the end to end lifecycle around delivering banking services via transaction banking interfaces – and enhances the customer relationship.
